The Cincinnati independent beat four other finalists for the restaurant chain’s business: incumbent Meridian Communications in Lexington, Ky.; Wyse Advertising and Brokaw Communications, both in Cleveland; and WestWayne in Atlanta. Media remains at RPM, Meridian’s media division.
