Troubles have plagued the Alviso, Calif.-based digital video recorder maker this year. Financial woes led the company’s top brass, CEO Michael Ramsay and president Marty Yudkovitz, to announce they were leaving. DirecTV dumped its exclusive deal with TiVo.
