DALLAS A federal bankruptcy court has ordered Mark Nutritionals to pay $1 million in refunds because it falsely advertised products under the name Body Solutions Evening Weight Loss Formula.

The San Antonio firm sold products that it claimed would help consumers lose weight during sleep without diet or exercise.

The company will give refunds to 11,400 customers who bought certain products after the company filed for Chapter 11 protection in September 2002.

That filing led to the closure of independent agency BIG, which claimed Body Solutions as its largest account.
