CHICAGO Fallon has withdrawn from the review for creative duties on Sara Lee’s $40 million Ball Park and Jimmy Dean brands, according to an agency representative.

The representative cited a potential conflict for the withdrawl, but declined to elaborate. Remaining in the hunt, according to sources, are: Omnicom shops Element 79, Chicago, and TBWA\Chiat\Day, Playa del Rey, Calif.; WPP’s Ogilvy & Mather in Chicago; and Havas’ McKinney + Silver in Raleigh, N.C., sources said.

Presentations are scheduled for late January, according to one source.
