BOSTON Independent Gearon Hoffman said it has added the estimated $1-2 million ad account of Expert Satellite, a retailer of DirecTV products and services.

The Boston-based shop will handle creative and media for an effort that will debut next month on national cable TV networks such as A&E, Bravo, Comedy Central, and ESPN. Online and direct response ads are also on tap for the client, which is located in Worcester, Mass. Doug Goransson and Dick Davis, agency partners and creative directors, will oversee the work.
