Former Sony Pictures Entertainment worldwide marketing president Bob Levin this week is joining Creative Domain as president of the film marketing company’s business development unit.

Levin, who was replaced by Jeff Blake, left Sony last November after a management shakeout, having spent four years there marketing hits such as Big Daddy and Stuart Little and underperformers including Godzilla and The Patriot.

A onetime Chicago advertising executive, Levin was marketing president at Savoy Pictures for a year in between Sony and Disney, where Levin spent 10 years and became head of Buena Vista Pictures worldwide marketing, working on campaigns for films including The Lion King and Pretty Woman.
