Elberson Senger Shuler has named Zachary Grove director of new business development. He will head the Charlotte, N.C., shop’s new business efforts. Grove has more than five years of agency experience, including a stint at Long Haymes Carr (now Mullen) in Winston-Salem, N.C. Most recently, Grove was director of brand development at Concentric Marketing, also in Charlotte.
