Epsilon Taps Senior Strategist

BOSTON Epsilon said it has hired Mark Miller as vice president of strategic consulting. He will help shape the overall efforts of various clients at the relationship marketing agency in Wakefield, Mass.

Miller “has the ‘thought leadership’ necessary to lead company-wide developments in anticipation of industry trends,” said Mike Iaccarino, president and CEO of Epsilon.

Miller joins with a decade of experience, mainly in direct marketing. Prior to Epsilon, he was vice president of database strategy at publishing company Harte-Hanks. He specializes in database design and data management, as well as analytical customer relationship management systems.

Epsilon is a unit of Alliance Data Systems. The company has handled recent assignments for Cigna, Hilton Hotels, KeyBank, Pfizer and Verizon Wireless, among many others.
