LOS ANGELES Business and technology solutions company EDS has cut to three finalists in the review of creative chores on its estimated $10-15 million ad account, according to the client’s search firm, ABA Consulting.

The finalists are: Havas’ McKinney in Durham, N.C., Interpublic Group’s TM and independent The Richards Group, both in Dallas.

The incumbent agency, Publicis Groupe-backed Bartle Bogle Hegarty in New York, is not defending.

Media duties, currently handled by Publicis Groupe’s Mediavest, are not in play.
