Bob Eck will manage the estimated $55 million American Express Financial Advisors account that Publicis’ Saatchi & Saatchi in New York won in a review last week, the agency said. Eck, a member of the pitch team, is shifting from Saatchi’s London office to become group account director on the business, which will be led creatively by cd Doug Pippin. Saatchi bested three finalists: IPG’s McCann Erickson in New York and Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston, and the incumbent, WPP’s Ogilvy & Mather in New York, sources said.
