An agency search by EchoStar that was down to three shops has stalled but may start again in the fall, sources said last week. The agencies were Publicis-backed Bartle Bogle Hegarty in New York, IPG’s Campbell Mithun in Minneapolis and independent The Romann Group in New York. The size of the branding project, a new assignment, was not known, but sources said it would be a small part of the Englewood, Colo., satellite-TV provider’s total outlay.
