NEW YORK Two-thirds of the second tier of creative leadership at Lowe in New York—executive creative directors Peter Rosch and John Hobbs—are leaving the shop after less than a year, the Interpublic Group agency confirmed.

Rosch, a copywriter, and Hobbs, an art director, are expected to join Furlined, a commercial production company formed last year by Diane McArter and James Studholme.

The duo, along with ecd Fernanda Romano, was hired in September 2005 to serve as lieutenants to chief creative officer Mark Wnek.
