Easymail Inks Pact with madeforchina

Easymail Interactive, a provider of permission e-mail marketing services, has inked a strategic alliance with madeforchina, a response-marketing agency based in Beijing, China. Easymail Interactive will be the exclusive marketer to U.S.-based companies of madeforchina’s opt-in e-mail consumer database.

The six-month exclusive agreement provides Easymail Interactive with the ability to market via e-mail to more than 7 million Mainland Chinese consumers who have requested to receive e-mails in various consumer categories, including automotive, computer hardware, software, cellular phones, education, entertainment, fashion, travel and music.

Michael Holmes, president of Cincinnati-based Easymail Interactive said that his company anticipates a significant increase in marketing efforts aimed at Chinese consumers from Fortune 500 and other multi-national companies as they seek to establish their brands and test promotions with Chinese audiences in preparation for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.
