CLEVELAND – Sherwin Williams’ Dutch Boy Paints division is expected to name a winner this week for its $4-5-million account, sources said. All the pitches have been completed, and Dutch Boy officials are expected to meet this week to decide which agency will win the business. Griswold here is trying to defend the business, against Cleveland shop Liggett-Stashower; J. Walter Thompson/Detroit; Scali, McCabe, Sloves/N.Y.; and possibly one other undisclosed shop.
