CHICAGO DuPont will send proposal requests to nine agencies this week regarding the review of its $70 million advertising account. Contending for the business are roster shops BBDO and McCann-Erickson, New York, and Doner, Southfield, Mich., as well as New York shops Foote, Cone & Belding; Ogilvy & Mather; Saatchi & Saatchi, and Young & Rubicam; DDB Chicago and Fallon, Minneapolis.

A due date for the RFPs has not been determined, according to a company representative.
