Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods has hired Jill Dunlap as public relations executive. Dunlap will manage a variety of public relations projects for the Little Rock, Ark., shop. Prior to joining CJRW, Dunlap was an advertising executive for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
