Dugan Blends In at Stir

David Dugan has joined Stir as a group account director. His duties will include management, day-to-day client relations and facilitating business development for the Milwaukee agency. A 13-year industry veteran, Dugan was most recently a vice president and account director at Hoffman York in Milwaukee. During his nine years at the shop, Dugan helped manage a number of the agency’s business-to-business and consumer clients, including Weather Shield Windows, Merillat Cabinetry and Grainger.
