Tilford succeeds Rob Sherlock, who is shifting to an international role within the agency.

Tilford—who worked on the DirecTV, NFL, and Ketel One accounts at Grey—becomes the second major hire of Tom O'Keefe, Draftfcb North American executive creative director.
