DOmedia, an online resource director for out of home, announced Wednesday (May 28), it acquired the Buyers Guide to Outdoor Advertising (known as the “Green Book”) for undisclosed terms.
It’s the second acquisition for DOmedia, which acquired Out of Home Connect, another online directory, in March.
DOmedia plans to transition the Green Book to an online reference. Ultimately, all three sources will be consolidated into a comprehensive resource of the fragmented out-of-home marketplace.
“This acquisition furthers DOmedia’s goal of being the leading destination for the out-of-home industry,” said Rich Langdale, chairman of DOmedia.
