Discover Financial Services has been sued over deceptive marketing.

Minnesota’s attorney general has filed a lawsuit against the credit-card company, alleging that it made “aggressive, misleading and deceptive” telemarketing calls, according to the Wall Street Journal. The lawsuit includes four Discover products.
