Dickie Joins Titan in Marketing Post

ATLANTA The Titan Group has installed Mike Dickie as senior vice president of strategic marketing, the shop said.

Dickie, who has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, has held senior executive positions at companies such as Burroughs Corp. in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Nortel in New York. Most recently, he was executive director of sales operations and small business services at BellSouth in Atlanta.

He has held senior management positions at BellSouth for the past eight years, including vice president of marketing and small business services. Dickie was responsible for profit-and-loss performance reports, business turnaround impact and managing a $42 million marketing budget at BellSouth.

Tony DeMartino, chief executive of Atlanta-based Titan, said that the agency’s mission is to deliver real, tangible business results and significant return on investment for its clients. Dickie strengthens [our] ability to deliver on that mission, he added.

“He has a track record of dramatically increasing revenues, profits and market share at every stop he’s made,” said DeMartino. “Now, Titan clients will have the benefit of that firepower.”
