Some people get flowers when they start a new job. Others get champagne. Brian Brooker got diapers.
Bernstein-Rein Advertising sent adult diapers to the new chief creative officer of Barkley Evergreen & Partners in response to a welcome ad that agency placed in Kansas City’s alternative newspaper, PitchWeekly. The ad, which was refused by the local daily paper, featured 17 members of the agency’s creative department with wet crotches and the headline, “Boy are we excited to see you.”
