CHICAGO — DeVry Inc., best known through its daytime television commercials for the chain of DeVry Institutes, is reviewing its $20-30 million account, the Oakbrook, Terr.-based company confirmed.

DeVry is seeking to form a single DeVry University, combining the Institutes with the Keller Graduate School of Managment, which it also owns.

The incumbent is E.H. Brown, Chicago, which will be invited to participate in the review, the company said. Jones Lundin Beals in Chicago is assisting in the search.
