Denmark Moves Indoors Outside

ATLANTA Denmark Advertising will launch a new ad campaign for the Preserve at Fieldstone luxury housing development being built in the Atlanta metro area, the shop said.

The work will include print ads in regional magazines and newspapers, direct mail, brochures, a new Web site and the design of the information center at the development.

The print work shows a chair and lamp on a field of grass with the tagline, “Out is the new in.” The ad is designed to emphasize the large yards, summer kitchens, terrace loggias, covered sundecks, pavilion gardens and porches with fireplaces that distinguish the homes.

The Preserve at Fieldstone is development of 240 homes ranging in price from $400,000 to $800,000 each. Denmark, an independent Atlanta shop, has worked for the developer, Jim Cowart Residential, on other projects. Campaign spending is undisclosed.
