The Republik has employed Will Dean as art director. In his new role at the Durham, N.C., shop, Dean will work on Nerds on Site and other accounts. He is a recent graduate of the VCU Ad Center in Richmond, Va., where his TV work for Gatorade won a silver award at the Richmond Ad Show.
