LOS ANGELES – DDB Needham realigned its management team here last week. Ken Kaess, executive vp and account group director, became president of DDB Needham/L.A. L.A. office president Dave Park was named chairman of the L.A. and Honolulu offices. The death last year of Frank Valenti, a principal of Milici Valenti Gabriel/DDB Needham, Honolulu, required Park’s direct involvement in that agency, according to DDB Needham Worldwide president John Bernbach. Park was chairman/ceo of Milici Valenti before joining the L.A.
