DENVER Independent Thomas Taber & Drazen here has added marketing chores for Day 6 Bicycles. There had previously been no shop on the business and the account was awarded without a review.

TTD becomes the first lead agency for the brand, which targets its semi-recumbent Journey and Dream bikes to the expanding baby-boomer market. Ad spending was not disclosed.

A direct-response effort will be a key component of upcoming agency efforts, along with print, broadcast and online components.
