Independent Davis Advertising has brought in Richard Chapel as senior writer. Chapel will write content for client iMN’s automotive newsletter, iMakeNews, and work on the agency’s other accounts, which include Charter Communications, Fidelity and St. Vincent Hospital. The Worcester, Mass., shop also hired Jeff Carbonneau as senior videographer and editor. Carbonneau will produce, shoot and edit spots.
