Davidandgoliath’s methodical search for top staff has yielded a media director, Flettene Parks Neal, who joins the 9-month-old agency from TBWA\Chiat\Day.

Neal served as media director on Kinko’s and Samsonite at the Playa del Rey, Calif., agency. She will now run the media operations on the $190 million Kia Motors America account at davidandgoliath.

“Staffing an agency from scratch is a tough task, and while some shops just load up with people, we want to be selective,” said David Angelo, chief creative officer/managing partner, about the new hire.
