DALLAS The Dallas chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators has named Jerry Stevenson its 2004 Communicator of the Year, the organization said.
Stevenson, president of Dallas-based Stevenson Consulting, was honored at the association’s annual Bronze Quill Awards gala held earlier this month. The COTY award recognizes those practitioners who put a keen emphasis on service to IABC and the communications profession.
Other COTY finalists included Carol Barreyre, communications consultant at Carol Barreyre Communications in McKinney, Texas, and Gayle Goodman Lynch, public relations project manager at Centex Corp.
