LOS ANGELES-Dailey & Associates, a longtime agency partner to E. & J. Gallo, is now toasting a different winery, sources say.
Robert Mondavi Winery has tapped the Los Angeles agency to handle its account, estimated at $5 million, after an informal review involving Dailey and several shops in Northern California.
Mondavi executives were attending a global sales meeting late last week and could not be reached for comment. Agency executives Brian Morris and Cliff Einstein declined to comment or could not be reached.
Mark Dolin, a representative of the Mondavi winery, said earlier this month that the client was “listening to what other agencies have wanted to share with us,” but he denied that any change was imminent.
