D’Addio, Goldstein Join Draft

IPG’s Draft has installed two new vice presidents at its New York office. Philip D’Addio has been hired as vice president, director of modeling and analysis, and Michael Goldstein has been designated vice president, management supervisor. D’Addio joins Draft from Rapp Collins Worldwide, where he was director of client services for its Marketing Technology Group. Prior to Rapp Collins, D’Addio was director of project services for Foote, Cone & Belding’s Database Marketing Group. In his new post, he will be responsible for the integration of targeted segmentation strategies and analytics into Draft’s client marketing programs. Goldstein rejoins Draft’s account service team after being an account director at Korey Kay & Partners. (He previously worked at Draft from 1996 through 2000.) In between stints at Draft and Korey Kay, Goldstein held the title of vice president, direct marketing and advertising at Salomon Smith Barney.
