Nail Communications, an independent shop in Providence, R.I., has been hired by A.T. Cross for an e-commerce site redesign.
Cross, also Rhode Island based, has worked with various vendors on a project basis for different aspects of its marketing. The company spent $350,000 in measured media last year, and about that much through the first three quarters of 2009, per Nielsen. Nail’s budget was not disclosed.
The assignment gives Nail a digital creative showcase for a name brand, and provides the agency with an opportunity to perhaps add more client work in the future.
Other accounts for Nail include Evergreen Solar and Gore-Tex. The shop handles a mix of consumer and business clients for both online and offline efforts.
