Cronin Makes Account Service Moves

BOSTON Seeking to strengthen its account service department, independent agency Cronin & Co. said it has promoted two key staffers and brought two new employees aboard.

Pamela Soisson, 35, has been named senior account supervisor at the shop in Glastonbury, Conn., where she has served for seven years. She had been an account supervisor. Currently, Soisson directs programs for clients such as Garelick Farms, Middlesex Hospital and Northeast Utilities.

“She brings experience, thoughtfulness and diligence to all she does,” said Leslie Stedman, Cronin vp and director of client services.

Tami Santucci, 34, has been promoted to account supervisor from senior account executive. She also joined the agency seven years ago and now leads efforts for Baronet Coffee and Konica Minolta.

In addition, the shop has hired Amber Christiansen, 28, and Doak Calloway as account executives. The former will work on the Connecticut Lottery business, the latter on the various projects in Cronin’s direct marketing unit.

Cronin is one of Connecticut’s largest ad agencies, with 2003 revenue close to $9 million on billings of more than $65 million.
