Berlin, Cameron & Partners, New York, hit the ground running, winning its first pitch since opening its doors in November. The agency, formed when Andy Berlin and six executives from Fallon McElligott Berlin broke ties with its Minneapolis parent, bested Lowe & Partners/SMS and McCann-Erickson for a Reebok running-shoe assignment. Not bad for a startup.
