Conover Hires Graff to Lead Golf Division

BOSTON Conover Tuttle Pace said it has named Todd Graff to lead the agency’s golf division.

Graff, 32, will oversee business development and client relations for the four-person group within the 25-person Lynnfield, Mass.-based marketing agency. He brings to the position seven years experience as a golf writer for two North Carolina newspapers, and he was part of the team that managed the B.J.’s Wholesale Club Charity Championship in August, a $400,000 Women’s Senior Golf Tour event in Quincy, Mass.

The division was previously headed by Mike Cullity, who left the agency.

The independent agency has also hired former Arnold executive Jenny Love, 35, as senior account director and promoted Alyssa Guidara, 28, to senior account executive.

Love will assume responsibility for the shop’s largest account: the National Thoroughbred Racing Association. She also will assist in new business development. Prior to joining CTP, she managed various aspects of the Northeastern regional McDonald’s account at Havas-owned Arnold in Boston.

Guidara, who has been with the agency for seven years, will continue to manage the Lincoln Park, E.B. Horn and Gingerbread Construction Co. accounts.

“As we continue to grow and develop, we need talented, energetic people who aren’t afraid to push, and Jenny, Todd and Alyssa certainly meet that challenge,” said CTP CEO Chip Tuttle, in a statement.
