Connelly Partners Acquires C-Quential

BOSTON Independent ad agency Connelly Partners has acquired online promotions shop C-Quential, which brings clients such as Nestle, Purina, Merrill Lynch, CampusRN into the Connelly fold. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Joining the 45-person shop will be C-Quential founder and chief executive Mark Russell, who will lead the interactive group at Connelly Partners. Other staffers include Beau Hebert and Sean Walsh, who will head up interactive services and interactive product development, respectively. About a half-dozen staffers (out of 10) will make the move.
