BOSTON Independent shop Creative Partners said it will open an office in the Los Angeles area, led by newly hired vice president Tali Kaplan, who will oversee the agency’s life sciences practice, focusing on clients in biotechnology and healthcare.
Her career has included positions with Genentech and Baxter Healthcare, where she was vice president of global communications, and a former client of Creative Partners.
Kaplan will lead the agency’s efforts for West Coast clients including Health Net in Woodland Hills, Calif.,
