NEW YORK Berlin Cameron/Red Cell is in the process of hiring 15-20 people, across all disciplines and at all levels, the agency confirmed. The additions, a 25-30 percent increase in the shop’s current staff of 80, come two weeks after the Coca-Cola Co. named the agency its lead creative shop on Coke Classic.

Berlin Cameron launched Coke’s “Real” campaign on Jan. 13.

“We are hiring,” said Andy Berlin, co-CEO of the Red Cell network and chairman of Berlin Cameron in New York.
