After an 11-year hiatus from agency life, Virginia Kramer has returned to Keiler & Co., the birthplace of her advertising career. She has rejoined the Farmington, Conn., agency as associate creative director.
“I’d been out on my own long enough and needed to get out of the fuzzy rabbit slippers and have somebody to talk to,” explained Kramer, who had been a freelance copywriter for the past seven years.
Kramer left Keiler & Co. in 1986 after eight years to launch Quirk & Kramer Advertising, also in Farmington, where she was creative director.
In 1989, she decided to pursue her love of opera and attended the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Austria.”I
