College Software Producer Breaks Campaign

BOSTON PJA next week launches its first work for Campus Management Corp., a provider of computer software that performs most of the administrative functions at about 850 colleges and universities.

Tagged “Enterprise software for your growing campus, ” print ads will run in specialized publications such as Campus Technology, The Chronicle of Higher Education and Education Review.

The campaign seeks to inform colleges that the client’s software can help them efficiently and effectively manage numerous complex online programs and services accessed by today’s tech-savvy students.

One execution pictures a college I.D. card; copy tells us the student in question was recruited through a targeted e-mail campaign, reviewed and accepted financial aid online and accepted a work-study offer via Web portal.

Anne Friedman wrote the copy; Angel Evan handled art direction.

Cambridge, Mass.-based independent PJA added the Boca Raton, Fla., client in January following a review. The ad budget was not disclosed but is likely in the mid six-figure range. The work also includes design elements such as a new logo and Web site development.
