Cole & Weber/Red Cell has added former Go West Marketing founder Kelli West as a media supervisor; Shelly Holliday, who was previously a junior media planner and buyer for Nerve, as a junior media planner; and Karl Norsen, a former freelancer for Cole & Weber, as a multimedia designer. West and Norsen are based at the shop’s Seattle office, while Holliday is with Cole & Weber in Portland, Ore. West will handle media responsibilities for several of the agency’s technology and consumer clients, including WatchGuard Technologies.
