BOSTON Colangelo Synergy Marketing won best-of-show honors at the 52nd annual Ad Club of Connecticut Awards on behalf of work produced for Schick.

Colangelo also won nine golds, tops on the night. Its best-of-show winner helped introduce the Schick Quattro Power razor. The Darien, Conn., agency’s print-based efforts for the shaving-systems giant also copped the gold pen prize for outstanding copywriting.

Adams & Knight in Avon, Conn., took home six golds, second best on the night. Happy Dog of Westport, Conn.,
