ATLANTA–Charles Frenette, head of Coca-Cola’s European and African operations and a member of the company’s policy-making executive committee, has retired, the company announced Monday.

A.R.C. “Sandy” Allen, currently president and chief operating officer of the beverage giant’s Asia Group, will run the Europe, Eurasia and Middle East Group. Alexander B. Cummings Jr. will continue as president of the Africa Group and report to vice chairman and chief operating officer Brian G. Dyson.
