Circuit City Picks Three Finalists

Circuit City has narrowed to three in the review for its first Hispanic agency partner, sources said. Those contenders are Publicis’ Bromley Communications in San Antonio, independent The Vidal Partnership in New York and Grey’s Wing Latino in New York, sources said. Billings are estimated at $15 million. The agencies either declined comment or could not be reached. A decision is set for January.



Chrysler Ups Bell, Roehm

New York The Chrysler Group confirmed last week that it is reorganizing its global sales, marketing and service organization. Jeep marketing vp Jeff Bell was promoted to vp of Chrysler/ Jeep marketing, assuming duties held by Tom Marinelli, who will retire. Julie Roehm, director of Dodge brand communications, was promoted to director of marketing communications for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. The changes take effect Jan. 1. Chrysler’s lead shop is Omnicom’s BBDO.



Goodby Wins Pony Account

LOS ANGELES Pony International has moved the creative portion of its $7 million account to Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco, the client confirmed. The incumbent was Maxxcom’s Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Venice, Calif. John Lewis, vp of marketing at Pony parent Global Brand Marketing, joined the company just days after CP+B was hired in May. Omni-com’s Goodby will break work in February. Media is handled in-house.
