Chrysler, Gillette’s Duracell battery brand and Philips Electronics have signed on as sponsors of the 2001 Goodwill Games, Turner Broadcasting Sales announced today. The deal awards category exclusivity to the three advertisers and commercial play across TBS Superstation, TNT, CNN, Headline News and CNN/SI and the network’s respective web-sites. The integrated package also include advertising in Time Warner publications such as “People” and “Sports Illustrated,” as well radio and outdoor exposure.

The first advertisers to sign on as sponsors were Qantas Airlines and Foster’s Brewing Company.
