CHICAGO Three veterans of the Chicago advertising scene have put their names on a new agency, Ebel, Signorelli & Welke.

The shop combines the Chicago office of Creative Alliance of Louisville, Ky., and Chicago agency Ebel Dunnell Merrick.

Senior partners Jim Signorelli and Bob Welke, formerly Creative Alliance Chicago’s president and the agency’s chief creative officer, respectively, bought the office and then merged with Bob Ebel’s shop.

The new venture’s clients include regional co-op work for Yum Brands’ KFC and Taco Bell, as well as American Family Insurance, Banta Book Group and other business-to-business accounts.
