SAN FRANCISCO – Chiat/Day, which operates a field office here for Nissan, has leveraged that presence to elbow into the Reebok International Ltd. review for a regional agency. C/D, which handles the footwear marketer’s $85-million national account out of its New York office, is competing with Goodby, Berlin & Silverstein and Ketchum Advertising, both S.F., for the business, expected to bill $1-3 million. Reebok representatives, who had previously held capabilities meetings with the agencies, met last week for a second round of talks focused on strategy.
