SAN FRANCISCO Publicis Groupe’s Chemistri has lost Rob Palmer, its creative director, to Omnicom Group’s Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, where he will work on new business starting next week as associate creative director.

Palmer led the $300 million Cadillac account for the Troy, Mich.-based Chemistri, which he joined last summer. He knew Goodby staffers, including co-creative director and partner Jamie Barrett, from their days together at Wieden + Kennedy, and had always wanted to work with them, Palmer said.
