ATLANTA Cole Henderson Drake has resigned one of its newest accounts before any work was released.

The Atlanta independent agency was hired in April to produce 12 television commercials for Turner Broadcasting subsidiary Nascar.com. In the middle of producing the first in a series of four spots touting the Web site’s subscription service, however, management changes at the client caused a halt in production.

“We did some outstanding work for them,” said CHD executive creative director Chris Jacobs, “but in the end we just had entirely different views on what makes great and effective TV.”
